چکیده
Sustainable agriculture focuses on the applied of biological resources in agricultural cultivation process, therefore exploration and isolation potential microbes as fertilizers need to be continuously developed. The research aim was get indigenous rhizobacteria isolates from rhizosphere areca nut plants plant growth promotor. experiment consists 4 series based location isolate collection, namely Angata 7 isolates, Landono Palangga 6 Wolasi, using a complete randomized design with three replications. these various laboratory scale evaluated via seed viability vigour tests upland rice indicator plant. Inoculation seeds able improve shown by increasing development, germination percentage, index, relative rate compared control. found that 19 which have promote were selected, AG1, AG2, AG3, AG4 AG7 (Angata), LD1, LD2, LD3, LD4, LD5 LD7 (Landono), PL1, PL2, PL5, PL6 (Palangga) WL1, WL2, WL3 WL4 (Wolasi). Field-scale experiments is required evaluate biofertilizers.

Isolation and characterization of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria from wheat rhizosphere and their effect on plant growth promotion
The present study was conducted to characterize the native plant growth promoting (PGP) bacteria from wheat rhizosphere and root-endosphere in the Himalayan region of Rawalakot, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Pakistan. Nine bacterial isolates were purified, screened in vitro for PGP characteristics and evaluated for their beneficial effects on the early growth of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). Am...

The present investigation was undertaken to isolate, screen and evaluate a selected promising PGPR Brevibacillus brevis on cotton crop. Out of 156 bacterial isolates one of the most promising isolate was analyzed for the various PGP traits. A seed germination analysis was conducted with cotton seeds to evaluate the potential of the isolate to promote plant growth. The bacterial isolate was chec...
